TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Will draw:

- robot/cyborg characters
- animal/monster characters
- softcore mature content
Will not draw:
- overtly offensive material (racism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, etc.)
- hardcore mature content
- certain IP at my own discretion
I ultimately reserve the right to deny a commission request for any given reason at my own discretion.
PAYMENT & PRICING:
- Requestee must be able to provide payment in one of the accepted forms of payment.
- Requestee must be able to pay a deposit or in full upon submission of commission request form.
- All commission requests amounting to <$100 are to be paid in full upfront before work begins.
- No cancellations on commission requests amounting to <$50 after payment has been accepted and work has begun.
- No refunds on any completed commissions requests amounting to <$50.
Premium Commissions that were previously commissioned as sketches may receive a discount upon request at my own discretion.
PROCESS & TURNAROUND:

Requestee is expected to provide sufficient reference material of adequate quality and legibility if they themselves have specific and or high expectations for what the final piece is to look like.
Majority or free creative control to me, the artist, can be requested at no extra cost in the event that you, the requestee, prefer to leave it up to my discretion; but any requestee with high demands and expectations failing to provide references and resources to facilitate the commission work may risk an additional consulting design fee (notified before any payment is processed and any work begins) if additional or extraneous work needs to be on the artist’s behalf in regard to research and planning.
Edit and revision requests are not accepted for personal commission requests amounting to <$50.
It is recommended to be as thorough as possible in your descriptions about your commission in the initial submission form.

DELIVERY:
Final product will be delivered in standard high-quality formats:
Personal commissions will be delivered in high-quality, print-ready, un-watermarked image files (e.g. .JPEG, .PNG, etc. at 300+ dpi). Full project files such as .PSD containing intricate workflow data like individual line-art and color layers are not guaranteed at this tier.
Premium and professional commissions can be delivered in high-quality, print-ready, un-watermarked image files (e.g. .JPEG, .PNG, etc. at 300+ dpi) and or full project files such as .PSD containing intricate workflow data like individual line-art and color layers.
TERMS OF USAGE:
I reserve the right to share any commissioned work at my own discretion (e.g. social media) unless otherwise agreed upon prior. Personal requests to be able to debut a work first may also be requested but are not binding until explicitly agreed upon by me, the artist.
Any person(s) or parties fraudulently misrepresenting the proper rights and credits of a commissioned work (e.g. wrongfully claiming to be the artist, etc.) is subject to being blacklisted and confronted with any number of other punitive actions.
Any person(s) or parties fraudulently corrupting or debasing a commissioned work (e.g. plagiarizing, photobashing/collaging for one’s own work, using for A.I./artificial intelligence training, etc.) is subject to being blacklisted and confronted with any number of other punitive actions.
